routes file self-heals via liveness check on the cli pid, but the dev-server pid is never persisted, so nothing reaps the clanker zombies your agent leaves behind. find them with lsof -i :4xxx. fix: spawn detached, signal the pgid, persist the grandchild, ship portless prune.

portless gives dev servers stable .localhost urls. caveat is that the cli spawns via /bin/sh -c with no process group, and on signals only kills the immediate child. crash it or kill -9 the cli, and npm + your dev server orphan to init still holding the port. https://t.co/M577MfDZcB
